The Hobby Room
The Hobby Room is a second-floor addition over an existing garage. The first phase was to construct and enclose the building shell while the interior design was completed. Phase 2 was to enclose the end patio to create a screened porch for summer use. The third and final phase was the finishing of the interior spaces for a three bedroom two bathroom guest house, complete with a kitchen and laundry.
The San Mateo Project
The San Mateo project is a full home remodeling project. We addressed deferred maintenance, including upgrades to the plumbing energy and HVAC systems. The highlights of this project are the light and bright kitchen and beautifully tiled primary and hall bathrooms.
The Dorrington Cabin
The Dorrington home is a “ground up” new home development. It consists of the main home with full perimeter decking around the main house, as well as a detached garage with an entertainment area between the home and garage with covered entry for all seasons use.
